As part of my COMM 336: Strategic Narratives in Placemaking class, I had the opportunity to serve as a content creator for @ceblifestyle, an Instagram account dedicated to promoting Cannon-Elliotborough, one of Charleston’s most cherished hidden neighborhoods. My role involved creating engaging content that showcased the unique aspects of the area, with a focus on local history and vibrant community life.

In addition to content creation, I collaborated with my team lead, Grace Maloney, to rebrand the account, which had been passed down from previous semesters. Together, we revitalized its visual identity and narrative to better connect with the target audience and elevate the neighborhood's visibility.

Visual Rebrand
By first remodeling our profile with a new logo, story covers, and a distinct color palette designed by Grace we were able to elevate our aesthetic.
Strategic Feed
Following the profile rebrand we supplemented our strategy by creating a cohesive feed that reflected our color palette and featured high-quality cover photos, overall transforming the accounts brand.
